Please run script - Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

I read the you could run a script to make my storage be as it should be, here https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect

I did delete a big amount of data, and it seems it's not reflected on my storage.
Could you please run that script ?

    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).
    You can also check this article from our Box Support page about "Storage".

    Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts. Please note that while the issue may be fixed, we are unable to guarantee that the account will not be affected by the issue again - particularly for users with massive amounts of content.

    I've had this same issue dozens of times , i posted over a week ago and still no one has run a script.  Please do this ASAP!

    Hi - i still haven't seen this resolved.  I deleted more files/folders and there should be about 50gb free, i'm seeing about 2, not to mention the 10gb in one empty folder??

    Me too, despite the absence of files, almost all of the space is squeezed. Please run a script.
