It is gotten to the point where ~90% of my box usage is unreleased data space.

 

Could you please run the script for resetting the usage?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
