Please refund. Box account is not functioning as promised. Purchasing additional storage did no good. I use for my business but I'm disappointed in the personal account.

I use Box daily for my business and would like to continue as I've been happy with this service.  I decided over Christmas to try it for personal use, and I'm very disappointed as its been a complete failure.  I've even added additional storage hoping that would remedy the problem.  It did not.  I'd ask that you please refund and close my account as its not preformed as promised.
