We have about 50 BOX users. As of yesterday, all access was fine. As of this morning, none of us can see any files at all. We have a mix of MACs and PCs. We are in various locations throughout the U.S. on different wireless networks and using different users. We can all log on, but no one can see any files. We are dead in the water without access to these files. We are missing contract and payroll deadlines as a result of this issue. I am desperate for assistance and can't figure out how to connect with anyone. Assistance is urgently required!
