I am using developer token and I uploaded a folder in which in actual there are 4879 files. But after the upload at box it shows 4881.

It is showing 2 extra files. But in actual the count at Box is also 4879(only 4879 files have been uploaded at box) but still the counter is showing 4881.

I have also manually counted inside the subfolder of setup where at box it shows 2 extra file count, but the actual file uploaded is same as disc.

I am not 100% sure, but maybe there were two hidden files in that folder that were uploaded to Box along with the rest of the files in that folder. You can check if this is the case by displaying the hidden files in that local folder and see if that changes the file count.

This is a very common issue and I was told it is an inherent flaw in their programming and it will take them A LONG TIME TO FIX.  Really, getting numbers correct is that difficult.  Please spend the money on this basic feature and what about all the instances people are relying on an incorrect number.
