Pictures in box notes can not be opened, is there anyone met the same problem? And how to solve?

same problem here "Image could not be loaded due to removal or insufficient permissions.". Tried to insert a new image, got the same error.

Great news! Our Engineering team have resolved (https://status.box.com/incidents/2rn0ymtpyhgl) the issue with Box Notes and please let us know if it's already fixed in your end.
