Personal Free plan, maximum 20GB?
My account is on the Personal Free plan, but the maximum capacity is 20GB, what does that mean?

Our Personal Free Box users are allowed up to 10GB of standard storage space.
Typically, when a personal user's storage is higher than the standard storage offered, it's likely that the email you used received a promotional offer.
