Regarding the transfer of content, are you planning to keep the business account and move the content to a personal Box account that’s not linked to the same enterprise ID? If so, you may want to consider Transferring Folder Ownership.
On the other hand, if you're looking to downgrade the same business account to a personal Box account, the option would be to dismantle the enterprise.
