Hello,

An individual user account needs to be permanently deleted with no means of reactivation. Is there a way to do this? I need to do this in order to link this account with a different managed account.

If an individual free user is set to join a managed Box instance, kindly reach out to the Enteprise's Box Administrator to follow these instructions when adding existing users.
