One of de users has deleted folders owned by me. I was to late to get them out of de trash folder, I need support to recover them.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    When a content is deleted in Trash, there is still a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can help recover your content. 

    This will require some account specific information, so I've submitted a case to Box Support on your behalf. Please check your email for details and updates.

    Hello! Can you work a miracle ??

    I deleted a folder today named "vision gallery" on Box.ORG (AAUW) -- BUT it is not in my trash and I need to restore it ASAP:

    1) Surprise -- Box.ORG (AAUW) is synced with a box.COM at the UW-Madison owned by Gail Stirr who belongs to both organizations ???? We did not know this syncing existed.

    2) Today, Feb 11, when I deleted the folder "vision gallery" on Box.ORG (AAUW) it ALSO deleted on Box.COM account owned by Gail Stirr

    Can you work a miracle? We need this folder back for a committee of several people -- ORG
