pending status

Did you click on "Accept" in the folder invitation? Are you seeing the folder in your Box account as still pending? If you are not seeing the folder in the account then ask the collaborator to send you the invitation again.

I accepted an initial invitation from a collaborator, I could then (and can now) see the folder we share and I can upload to it. I CANNOT see anything that a second collaborator has posted to the folder. He sent me an invite, I accepted it, and every time I click "Accept" I am routed back to the folder, but I don't see him as a collaborator, and I don't see any of his work. When he shared his screen in a Zoom meeting, my status says "pending". How do I move forward? Who needs to approve my permissions? Feeling very frustrated. We will likely leave Box for Google bc of these issues.
