Pending Reauthorization

My app's authorization status is stuck at "Pending Reauthorization", I am not sure whose approval is required? I am the admin of this app and I did not receive any notification for approval. Could you please help?BOX__6PkgIVn_Tg-0CcYJK2cjFA.png

    Hello Abhishek, 

    This is referring to approval by your Enterprise's Primary Admin. Are you familiar with who this is?

    Hi Kourtney,

    Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I am not sure who is the primary admin for our enterprise, is there a way to find out? Also if this is not approved then will I not be able to use the APIs? e.g. will I be able to get the JWT access token using non SDK method?

    Also could you please help me with some documentation on how to use these APIs using Oracle PLSQL? e.g. if I want to follow the process mentioned in https://developer.box.com/guides/authentication/jwt/without-sdk/#section-step-5-construct-the-oauth2-request using PLSQL?
