I want to unsubscribe from BOX business account as I do not have compatibility with box business

    If you are looking to downgrade your Business subscription with Box, you may submit a downgrade request by emailing cancel@box.com. You just need to provide the plan type to which you would like to downgrade. You can view here a side-by-side comparison of our offerings.
