PDF preview is not loading

When I upload a PDF it is not showing preview for me and my customers (external from my org).

 

 

For example I tested (.txt file) it is working fine, but the PDF is not loading.

Is it a PDF/A file?

Users in our org have just started having the same issue.  It is only PDFs, and it only seems to happen on repeated views.  First preview works, following previews do not.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

This just started happening in our organization too and only with PDF files.  We verified they are not protected, cleared cache and cookies, logged out then back in and still the problem is persisting.  Please advise.  Thanks!
