PDF from InDesign via Box Drive creates 2 versions

Hi! 
Just started to experiment with Box Drive and work locally while synching to the cloud. So far it's been better than I expected. One thing I noticed is that when I export a new PDF from an InDesign file, on Box.com there are 2 versions of this PDF. This is undesirable behaviour and will cause confusion. Anyone know how to prevent this? Thanks!
