We access thousands of files via Mac Finder synced with Box using the Box App. Generally it works well, but lately we're finding some PDF files are not uploading when created or when being modified they're randomly being deleted from Box.

Hi there, we are having the same issue – can you please help? InDesign files are uploading to Box but not PDF files. I'm using Mac Box app and I noticed when I upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1 these issues kicked in. Im now having to use Dropbox to send PDF file links to people which is totally defeating the purpose of using Box! Help!
I'm having the same issue. All other file types upload, PDF files do not.

Hi! here the same - can upload InDesign files. But when I generate an pdf - I can see it on the Mac Finder but not in the webBox or the name of the file is there but no kb exists...
it's really horrible..
Same thing is happening to me. All my Indesign files upload from the Box app but the PDF always uploads with a file size of 0 and i need to manually upload to Box.com.
