I have a monthly billing cycle now.  I want to upgrade for more storage as it seems like I need more.  I want to continue paying monthly and not annually. I need to know how to request monthly payment only.  The system seems as though I can only click for annually.  If I make a mistake and pay annually that ends it for BOX and everything else I am trying to do this month.

If you would like to Upgrade your account, you can do so by logging into your Box account and navigating to the upgrade page in the Admin Console,

On step 3 and 4 of this process, you will have the option to choose your new plan and your preferred billing cycle.

Can you please tell me how to make our payments current?  Unaware that the card we were using expired.
