Payment wont process

My credit card is working fine and windows security is set to allow Box.

Still wont process.  Tried past two weeks, almost ready to stay with Dropbox.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your payment. This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket so an associate to help look into this.

    The same thing is happening to me. 

    Please let me know how my payment can be processed so I can unlock more storage. My work is on hold until this can be resolved.
