Payment of 100GB , but only 10GB shown in my BOX APP

Pls let me know the reason WHY i only got 10GB (shown in APP) when after I already paid the upgraded 100GB charges, very angry!

Remarks~
BOX SUPPORT - no support no service!
no hotline to call, no email to send that’s very bad services than dropbox a lot!
