payment auto renewal in account.

Dear Box team.

Kindly note that there was one payment processed yesterday from our account. But as per my knowledge we have already paid one year subcription of 540 USD.

 

I need an immediate feedback in this issue.

Auto debit did not work on the Credit card information provided to BOX.
