Paying for unlimited storage, getting "storage full" errors

I pay for the Enterprise plan which includes unlimited storage. I am the admin and I own the account. I am now not able to upload anything because it says my storage is full. This is obviously an issue on Box’s end. Please help!

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to help with your storage full error. 

 

You have enough free space in your Box account. However, if you’re reporting that you’re still experiencing storage full error. 

 

Please check it with the folder owner, you could be uploading files to a shared folder. Remember that the folder’s free space will vary according to its owner’s available storage.
