Passwords for shared links not working

Hello, I've been trying to password protect a file that I'm sharing via a link and I keep getting an error message. After inputting the password and pressing OK I get the following message: "There was a problem modifying/creating this shared link." Am I missing something? Wish I could attach a screenshot... Any ideas?

What type of members/plan would I need to be on, in order to have a password-protected link?

same problem  here can't even add a password while trying to share any file from my Box account, and I have the Business Plus plan... geez what's going on here...???

this is the message that is highlighted,,, it seemed when I started my Box account I could set a password on a file and share it... now I can't...

THIS ISTHE MESSAGE I GET IN YELLOW ON THE DIALOG BOX
