Password setting issue

Question

have to set a password to download a secured shared folder, but the box does not let me set any. I get an error message and it is still working without any current password. Can you please advise how I could set it?

If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visithttps://app.box.com/resetto have another link emailed to you.If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.Also,check your spam folderin your email client for this email.Hope it works!
