I am on the board of a nonprofit that has a Box license. There have been multiple log on IDs set up but I only know the password to one of them, which I use. I do not know how to reset the password for the remaining log on IDs so that other members of the board may also use Box. None of the original board members are available to ask. How do I reset the passwords without knowing the original passwords?

You may reset your Box account's password by going to this link. And in order to access the reset link, you should have access to the email linked to the user's Box account.
