Hello!  I've tried every way possible to get my password reset sent to my Box account (linked to my gmail.com), but the reset email never comes through.  I have no filters in place and there is nothing in my spam, and everything else in the suggestions here failed:

  Any advice much appreciated.  I really wish there was a way to get back in my account!
