Hello, 

I have Box Enterprise and I am trying to get my co-admin in to the portal, however when the invite link comes in and they reset the password, upon logging in they are prompted to reset the password again, no matter how many times they attempt to reset the password this function just loops.

We are 5 days in and no access which means we are 5 days behind on projects.
