Password reset emails not being set.

I am trying to reset my password for a different Box account but the emails are not being sent to me.  Can you please assist?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

Just so we're clear, the password reset email will be sent to the email account associated with the Box account you created your password reset in.

If it's the case and you still didn't get the password reset email. Please run these recommended steps to fix  your email notifications issue.

I also have this problem. I have confirmed it is not the email email notifications problem. Would you help me?
