When I logged in with the email address I previously used, I was prompted to reset the password due to its expiration, and I was asked to provide an email address for the reset procedure. However, since that email address is no longer active, I did not receive the reset email even after entering a different email address. Could you please advise on how I can access the files on Box with the email address I previously used in this situation?
