Was there a resolution to this? I have a user who is stuck in the same loop.
I am stuck in a password reset loop. I go to set a new password, it asks for my old password, I say send link to reset password, but it still wants an old password. It will not let me set a new password.
I am also stuck in a reset Box password loop. It lets me reset the password but then when I click Sign In, it takes me back to the Reset Password page. I’m using Google Chrome. I was able to log into Box with my newly reset password via Safari when working from home, but in the office Safari is blocked. I need to use Box daily for work, if there’s any way a ticket could be created to help me with this, that’d be much appreciated!
