Hi, I had a box account with all my files in there. 2 days ago, I could no longer login. i attempted several times to use self service reset password, with no luck. then I upgraded my account in order get tech support, no luck there either. I am panicking and don't mind to pay support, but just need to get to my content. 

Please help me/
