We need access to box from three different laptops. Two of the laptops work great, but the third was saying invalid password. We reset the password and it is letting the 2 original computers log in but still is giving the third computer an invalid password notification?

Are all computers connecting on the same network? Have you tried connecting the third computer to a different network and see if this will allow you to login with no issue?
Also, it looks like this issue is isolated on the the third device you are using so checking with your IT team might help to see what could be blocking your access to Box.
