Hello,


I signed up via Google SSO and when I try to change my password (I currently have no password) to access a file that requires a strong password, I repeatedly get an error message. This occurs on both Safari and Chrome.


I am unable to set up my password. Please help. Thank you.

Same issue -- please can someone help me with this. I've had it before in the past and stopped using the service because of it. A partner uses Box for doc sharing so reluctantly trying to solve the same issue again. Please help me and fix this bug.

I had this same issue and manually resetting my password via this link fixed it: https://app.box.com/reset
