The Parent folder (called Trees) states that there's a lot of child folders within (Birch, Aspen, etc...). One of the child folders (Aspen) has 190 files in it, so I click on it. And it's empty. I check the properties - it's taking up nearly 55mb space. What's going on? Thanks.

I believe i am having the very same issue.  BOX is new to our company and i am required to migrate my data (19 YEARS WORTH OF DATA) to BOX.

However, there are files in the SOURCE (company server hard drive) that are simply missing in the DESTINATION.  It appears that the greater number of directories down (in the directory tree) the data exists in the SOURCE, the more likely the data will NOT exist in the DESTINATION.

Such inability to copy data restricts BOX to a specific number of sub-directories it can copy. The more your data is organized in sub-directories, the less likely it will be copied and the more likely it will be lost.

The comments above are 6 months old but do not appear to have been resolved.  I can but wait.
