Pardot form integration and multiple uploads - is Starter Plan suitable?

New to Box.com and still getting acquainted with the platform.

Currently I am on the trial (starter plan - business) and hoping to utilise the box.com for a promotion that will running for two months which requires contestants to upload an image.

We integrating it with one of our Pardot forms – (the upload will be embedded into one of the Pardot form fields.The starter plan seems to suits our requirements as this will be a short promo. As there will be multiple uploads from ‘contestants’, will there be any restrictions in this starter plan that we need to be aware of. For example, is there a limit to the amount of people (contestants) that upload files etc.

Could you please advise.

    To confirm, will you be "Collaborating" with these contestants or will you just be collecting documents from them?

    If you have a Starter or Business account, seats refer to both internal and external collaborators. Each user you invite into your folders is a collaborator you are paying for, so I wanted to confirm this.

    If your goal is just to collect files/ documents, I don't believe there is a limit to the number of people that can upload if you are using Box File Request feature which allows  you to embed file request form to any web page.

    Hi France,

    Thanks for reverting back. Yes the goal is just to collect documents, and there would be no 'collaboration' with the contestants other than file collection.
