Hi,

My org is unable to create google sheets via box.  We’re also unable to create a google sheet in google drive, and then save/open it in box via the integration.

 

When creating a new google sheet in any location (and from any user profile), you get “Launching Google Sheets...”, then an error that says:

 

”Google Docs encountered an error. Please try reloading this page, or coming back to it in a few minutes.

I’ve looked into the error, and it can likely be resolved by following some troubleshooting steps from Google’s documentation. It suggests trying again after 5 minutes and then reloading the page. Could you check if the issue is still occurring since you encountered it yesterday?

It looks like this may have just been a temporary outage. Everything is back to normal now.
