Hi there, I have some problems with my account. In the last couple of days, I eliminated all documents in my account because I was out of storage. However, the same error is appearing but now I do not have anything saved in it.


Can someone help me?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
