Out of storage

I recently purchased a new Macbook Air, and in the process updated my Box Sync. 

Now, after deleting everything from Box and adding back, there is still a 2GB discrepancy between the size of my folders and what box.com is showing as used / available online. Thus, it would show I'm out of space, even though I have 2 GB available.
