Morning- is 2TB the ceiling?  Is there a way to get more storage allocated?  Thanks- CHris

Storage limits are determined by the plan your organization is subscribed to. Your account has unlimited storage and is not capped at 2 TB. If you're encountering an issue where it indicates you're out of space, please let us know and provide additional context so we can investigate further.


To confirm your account's storage limit:

  1. Log into Box via http://app.box.com/login.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and check Storage Used.

Additionally, if your account or any managed users are set with a limited storage allocation, the admin can adjust this by Configuring and Editing Users.


While most of our plans provide unlimited storage, please note that each user is limited to a total usage of 1 TB of Bandwidth per month. This limitation is in accordance with our Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse and maintain the integrity of the Box service for all users.
