My box account says that I am out of space but looking at all my folders, it seems the count is inaccurate. My storage is empty, ther is no files at my profile

    Hi, display still shows that there is 7GB of used space in my storage, and there is no a single file anywhere in my profile, and nobody else except me don't use this profile. Please, can you fix this? Thanks in advance.
