I have not been able to upload anything for the last couple of months, says I am out of space. I am nowhere near 100G. I have read about a script that can fix it. Is there anything that can be done?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
