"out of quota" error....  AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!

I had an "out of quota" error AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!
as long as I used BOX services.

sometimes in critical moments where I couldn't download some files since they were not sync!!!

 this repeated bug is not professional and not acceptable for a paid user !!! 
I repeatedly have to spend time solving it and opening a support ticket etc'...

Are you gonna do something with this bug ?????
