I see several unanswered questions about this. When will Box add a feature that allows users to organize folders shared with them on their Desktop app? This is standard for competitors (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Box is basically unusable without this basic feature.

The feature you are inquiring is currently not supported in Box. I appreciate your feedback and would highly recommend that you send this directly to our Product Team through Box Pulse for possible consideration and implementation in the future.

The ability to organize shared folders into privately owned subfolders is a basic functionality in Dropbox. If my organization wasn’t forcing me to use Box this would be a complete dealbreaker.
Not all organization files are shared with every person. More granularity is needed. Many users have dozens - hundreds of files and folders shared with them and the root folder is a complete mess. It is a truly painful system
