Question

Option to edit xlsx files no longer available in box

Hello,

On files that I used to be able to edit (xlsx mainly) the option to edit in box is now greyed out and says 'Unavailable for this file'.

If you could please assist as this function is integral to my use.

Thank you for your assistance. When I try create a new excel spreadsheet on Box I get the following error:

What does this mean? The collaborators for the folder I am trying to create the file in have all been removed.
