Hello, I am unable to open a pdf in my account using my laptop. I can open anything from an excel, power point, a recording and a word file.

Is there an error message each time you open a PDF file? If so, please grab a screenshot and attach it here. Also, would you be able open a PDF file if you try download it to your local machine?
