When I click on a CAD file to view in E-drawings Viewer in Box Drive (desktop), the file sometimes opens. Mostly though, the E-drawings viewer opens but not the actual drawing. I have to copy the address, click 'Open' in E-drawings, paste the file address, then select the actual file. This is a bit tedious, and I would appreciate being able to find a solution.
