When I try to open a Mac Pages File (or Numbers also), it takes 15sec-1min. to open.
It is only with files in Box (using Box Drive & offline available). It also happens when I'm connected to the Internet or not (any way).
I use a brand new MacBook Pro with M1 chip, Box Drive Version 2.26.323 ("fully supported" on Apple silicon).
A) what's the problem?
B) how to I open a support ticket at Box Support - I can't find any possibility, only this forum appears?

You may experience slowness when trying to open files saved in Box Drive in your Mac due to these reasons:
Large files - As your can image large files may take some time to cache and open for the first time
If you have an old version of the Pages app that opens the files on your Mac computer, so you want to make sure that you have the latest version of Pages from the Mac App Store.
Regarding opening a support ticket, this option is no longer available to Personal Lite users; the community forum and its members would be more than happy to help provide and share tips on how you can resolve the issue you are facing.

thanks for your comments.
- no, it isn't a lagre file
- it is a brand new MachBook, all Updates done, also Pages and Numbers
- Internet Connection is very good and as I wrote: the file ist available offline and it is regardless I am offline or online
- when file is stored local (not in Box Drive), no problems at all
So, unfortunately no help for me.
