Ever time I power on my PC, I get a message saying Box failed to update. In the pathway, the last message says:

"Your logs have been sent successfully.

If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue."

I clicked here and was taken to the Support site. I still have access to my Box folders in File Explorer, so this isn't urgent. Still, I'd like to try to have this resolved so going forward I don't have this notice pop up.
