I have been working in Box for years, and all the sudden, when I click on any of my Box folders, I get the error "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." In addition, the documents in my Box folder on Windows are giving me an error when I attempt to open them - I assume because they can't locate the files based on the issue with Box online. How can I solve this issue??

I too am also having this issue (2-3x/week). “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for” when trying to access my org’s All Files page. What fixes this is when Box prompts me for an MFA token. However, I’ve found no way to force Box to prompt me for an MFA token. After logging out and in 10-20 times, it will finally ask me to provide one.
