Hi Team, The owner of the box folder https://kyndryl.ent.box.com/folder/151276099880 has left the company and he had given access to me for the documents.
When i check the folder now it says as "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for". I would need those documents for project purpose and cannot lose them.
Please help me to get access to the folder.

You would need to reach out to your organization's Box Admin to check the status of the account that owns this folder and let them know that you need access to a certain folder so they can take action such as transfer the ownership of that folder.
I suggest contacting you Internal helpdesk so they can point you to the designated Admin who can help you in this issue.
