Sometimes it works fine and I can see the shared folders and other times I get this "
Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for 
This makes it very hard to effective and efficiently do my job. I am behind on projects because of this message.

Please run these troubleshooting steps.Please ensure your web browser is the latest version ofChrome,Firefox,Safari, orEdgeTryclearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.Verify that you are using one of ourrecommended operating systems.Try temporarily disabling orconfiguring your firewall to allow Box as a trusted site. You may find that your anti-virus software includes a built-in firewall that is impacting performance. Please contact your IT administrator or internal Help Desk.Your plugins, add-ins, extensions may be at play. With that try disabling it.Restart your machine.Hope it helps!
